House with large garden classified 3 stars 5 km from the sea
Completely renovated in 2003 and in 2016, this farmhouse located in a farmhouse has all the comforts, with a neat decoration and improved every year according to the comments of the previous tenants.
We offer a rental that we would like to find if we too, my wife and our three children, were looking for a cottage to rent. Some tenants come back from one year to the next, which proves that they trust us and we thank them.
A large garden equipped with games for children will be at your disposal.
Our lodging was classified 3 stars in 2011 by the tourist office of Concarneau and the prefecture of Quimper.
We also rent for short stays with the possibility to reserve sheets for sleeping (8 euros / bed).

Das Haus liegt in einem wunderschönen, großen Garten. Mit dem Auto ist man in 4 min in Concarneau oder eben am Strand. Alles ist sehr sauber und liebevoll gestaltet. Hervé und seine Familie sind tolle Gastgeber! Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und erholsame Zeit. Wir haben jeden Tag einen Ausflug gemacht, man kann alles super gut erreichen! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!

Jolie maison et très agréable de séjour
Description conforme à l'existant. Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires du gîte, avec conseils sur les visites et parcours de la région. Une belle maison au calme, un grand jardin, une large terrasse pour profiter des extérieurs et de la douceur des soirées, que demander de plus. A recommander.

Nous avons séjourné dans une maison charmante dans laquelle rien ne manque.
Elle est plantée au milieu d'un immense jardin qui fera le bonheur des petits mais aussi des grands.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour, les gérants sont très sympathiques et discrets. La maison a absolument tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir "comme à la maison". Tout est impeccable et en très bon état. De plus, elle est située non loin de tout. Les premières plages sont à 5 minutes en voiture et on peut facilement visiter sans faire 1h de voiture. Nous recommandons vivement.

Netter Vermieter, keine gute Lage des Objektes
Da leider grundsätzlich das Auto für alles erforderlich war, ist es für uns , die gerne mal abends bei einem Spaziergang unter Leuten sind, nicht so geeignet. Das Objekt ist von schnell befahrenden Straßen umgeben und daher nachts recht laut. Die Ausstattung war nicht gut. Viele alte ausrangierte Dinge. z.B. ein uralter Grill, unscharfe Messer….
Der Vermieter war ausgesprochen nett und trotz Sprachprobleme immer zugänglich
