For the second time a colleague and I rented the apartment to work on scientific publications. We enjoyed the time in a wonderful and perfectly equipped apartment. It is suitable for retreat as well as an excellent apartment during a relaxing vacation, since one reaches the beach and the seaside boulevard and the beaches within 5 to 7 minutes. The communication with the agency was excellent. I would rent this apartment again at any time.

Die Wohneinheit besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern, eines davon mit Schreibtisch, einer sehr gut ausgestatteten, funktionalen Küche und einem geräumigen Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich. Die Wohneinheit ist sehr gepflegt und eigenet sich, um sich zum Arbeiten zurückzuziehen oder einen sehr schönen Urlaub zu verleben. Die Küste mit Strandabschnitten ist fußläufig entfernt (ca. 150 m). Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur ist, wir immer, exzellent.
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. Apparemment bien équipé et rénové avec goût. Tout à pied, plages, port, commerces, Ville Close... À mis chemin de la corniche et du port.

Proche du centre correspondant au descriptif. La seule remarque concerne l'information d'un seche-linge. En fait, il s'agit d'une machine à laver séchante.

Appartement très fonctionnel, très moderne, tout est bien pensé ! C’est extrêmement lumineux donc très agréable ! Ne pas se fier à l’extérieur plutôt austère, mais une fois la porte d’entrée passée, belles vacances assurées ! Nous y retournerons volontiers !
