The main floor open floor plan with vaulted ceilings make for an ideal gathering place for all your family or friends to be together. Newly polished concrete floors provide no fuss, carefree Frio living. The downstairs master bedroom is very large and has an ensuite master bathroom with double vanity sinks, glass shower enclosure and an old fashioned clawfoot soaking tub. Bedroom 2 has a super stylish, western themed decor and hallway bathroom. Upstairs is the vaulted, open concept bunk room with custom built-in twin beds, romantic pedestal queen bed and ensuite bathroom.

Enjoying time honored traditions of roasting s'mores around the custom rock fire pit, star gazing or just talking on the old fashioned porch swing. There's plenty of relaxation chairs, picnic table & bench, charcoal smoker and don't forget to play a game of horseshoes.
