The front desk staff was absolutely amazing—when I thought I lost my keys (thankfully I found them), they were so kind, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole situation. It really made a stressful moment much easier. The breakfast attendant was also wonderful—she asked how our stay was and was genuinely sweet and welcoming. "We loved that this rental reminded us of the early days of VRBO homes. Hosts provided so many of the little extras appreciated while traveling - Kleenex, ziplock bags, laundry and dish soap, nice soft TP and plenty of it! The home was well stocked with serving and dish ware. We really appreciated the comfy cozy mattresses and bedding. Everything was sparkling clean and spotless. Mostly the hosts were incredibly kind to accommodate our request for a late checkout so we could host a birthday brunch for our ND student and her hall mates. Home was flawless and hosts were among the most attentive and caring down to every detail! "
