"The room was on the smaller side, but our stay was great! We loved the history of the hotel, which is why we chose to stay there. They survived the great depression and world war II. It kind of felt like we were staying in another country. We would definitely stay again. Anne served us at breakfast. She was very kind. And do not underestimate their pancakes. "This was a wonderful, well-appointed cabin for our four adults. Having one King bedroom and bath on the main level worked great for the older couple, and the two younger adult singles had their own King bedrooms and shared bath upstairs (with a separate thermostat!). The property is easily accessible (no steep drives) and just 5 miles from Jasper."

"The cabin was great and perfect for the two of us. Wonderful sunset views, privacy from the few nearby (but not too nearby) houses, close enough to Jasper to get supplies or meals (Low Gap Cafe is WONDERFUL!), and a good central location for exploring the Buffalo River area. The cabin is very well stocked - the only thing I could think of that it didn't have was a box of facial tissues! Garrison our host was easy to work with and quickly responded to messages. So happy we found Hawk's View. "

"This cabin is clean and roomy. It is so cozy and tucked away on the hillside. The hot tub and fire pit were so relaxing. It’s a private setting that had everything we needed. There is a selection of different games and books on the bookshelves. The host was very easy to work with. Thanks for a great week!"
