Each time I stayed at the Birch Tower, whether it was under the Regency Grand Suites, The Pacific Bay, or the JMM Grand Suites, I have repeatedly suggested to the hotel administrative staff that they really do need to improve their swimming pool furniture and surrounding areas with modern upgrades.
The pool area looks neglected and abandoned. Their wicker bamboo chairs are all broken and falling apart, and so are the patio wicker tables. The entire swimming pool area definitely needs major improvements with an upgrade. At least one flat screen television should be mounted in the covered concrete patio areas, with soft cushioned seating on the concrete benches.

It was a pleasant stay for me and my family. All the housekeepers and attendants are very friendly and accomodating. Its also a perfect spot because its near the airport. I will definitely book with them again next year.
