"Everything has been wonderful. From the minute we checked in, Ms Lena made sure we knew everything available and provided exceptional customer service. Ms April provided a wonderful breakfast and sweet spirit. They were very busy with the linemen and others coming in for the winter storm, but never waivered from their customer service and sweet smiles. The room was clean, the facility was clean, the pool was very nice and clean. The parking lot was well lit and we felt safe. Thank you all for the wonderful, stress-free stay. "The reason this hotel stands out is because it was just totally refurbished. You can still smell the new paint in my room. Apparently the Spark brand buys older hotels and then modernizes them up and redoes them. "
