Single-story cottage, converted from an old farmhouse, adjoining another cottage, located in a hamlet on a 3000 m² enclosed property. The house offers a living/dining/kitchen area with a decorative fireplace, 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets, and 4 bedrooms (3 single beds) (2 single beds that can be joined together) (2 single beds) (1 double bed, 2 single pull-out beds). The accommodation is suitable for people with reduced mobility. There is a 100 m² enclosed garden, 2 terraces (garden furniture, barbecue, pergola). A rail bike is 500 m away.
