Fantastic view - and fantastic hostess!

Our host - the young lady - was exceptionally good and hard working. She took good care of everything! A big kudos for her effort and always friendly smile!

Endroit et accueil parfait . Très belle vue avec balcon comme souhaité. Soucis de chaudière qui a rendue l’âme en fin de séjour mais solution trouvée pour le chauffage et proposition de douche ailleurs et compensation à la fin sur la note . Une équipe et le responsable aux petits soins et sur du rêve venir et de conseiller cet établissement

Manager with a bad attitude

We only booked as the hotel was pet friendly, as per the description and information. We checked in with our dog and agreed to eat in the restaurant, after some pressure from the hotel to do so. We were seated with our dog and our drinks order was taken. We were then approached 5 minutes later by the waiter to be told that his manager said we could not dine with the dog (the dog was asleep at my feet at the time). I asked if we could possibly be served in the separate lounge, which was completely empty, and we were told no. I also asked if we could have food in the room and that was also not possible. We were not offered to dine outside. We were extremely embarrassed to have to leave the table. We don’t leave our dog in the room for obvious reasons. We have no problem with a hotel or restaurant not being pet friendly but feel it is important to make this clear up front (e.g. on the website or at check in, neither of which was the case at Caprice Des Neiges), especially if the hotel advertises itself as pet friendly. To be fair the entrance to the restaurant displays a small sign of a dog with a line through it but we genuinely did not think to look for this as we thought the place was pet friendly. We asked to speak to the manager and we were met with quite a hostile attitude from the outset. We asked if we could cancel the reservation and were advised we wouldn’t be receiving a refund. Well maintained garden but room was basic and very compact. Hotel not pet friendly.

notre chambre était plus propre et neuve que sur les photos du site. nous étions plutôt contents. en revanche notre chambre était vue sur des montagnes et le village et pas sur le mont blanc et son massif Nous avions choisi l'hôtel pour cela et la vue de notre chambre nous a décu. bien penser à demander la vue mont blanc

Hôtel bénéficiant d’une très belle vue sur Combloux et les montagnes environnantes, très ensoleillé, petit déjeuner et restaurant de qualité. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Le moins est l’acces Valises par escalier il convient de se déplacer allégé ou se faire aider.tres chaleureux bon séjour assuré dans l’authenticité.

Chambre petite, salle de bain idem, un lave main en guise de lavabo. Isolation phonique entre les chambres très faible on entends un peu tout le monde, prévoyez des boules quies. Diner du soir cher pour ce qui est proposé. Vue magnifique sur le mont blanc qui fait oublier les points négatifs.

Soggiorno sul monte bianco

L'Albergo rispetta le descrizioni, la camera assegnata non era molto grande molto probabilmente era da due trasformata in tre letti. Per noi non ha creato particolari problemi visto che eravamo sempre fuori e rientravamo solo a tarda sera per dormire. Nulla da eccepire rispetto alla pulizia, alla disponibilitá dell'albergatore. L'albergo é dotato di parcheggio e un bellissimo giardino con una vista splendida. Ottima la colazione a buffet. È necessario avere un'auto a disposizione perché l'albergo é un pó isolato. Complessivamente una buona struttura che consiglierei.
