"Super clean"

"We had to change rooms 3 times when we first got there. We checked in at 3:30 and our room nor any of the kings were clean and ready. They switched us to another room, but the tv was not working. They then again switched us to another room where the tv was working but we only had the weather channel on it. They did say they were having trouble with their tv's. We paid good monies to stay here but was very disappointed with the tv situation. There was nothing offered to us to for not having any tv. It would have been nice if they had at least given a small discount or even offered something to make up for it. We did notice that their cleaning staff was standing around talking and laughing instead of trying to get the rooms cleaned and readied for the guests. It's like they were trying to rack up overtime."

"Beautifully updated hotel, comfortable beds, spacious rooms., very clean. The $15 breakfast was poor and not at all worth it. But other than the breakfast, it was great!"

"Dirty sheets and pillow cases. Found hair in my bed. Pool wasn't open but it was nice out. Smelled as soon as u walked in lobby and in room."

"There was a note that the dryer was out of order. The WI FI user name/PW were not left on the wall as promised. A light bulb in the fixture above the dining table needed replacing. The living room tv wasn't hooked up at all. The clock on the wall above the tv needed a battery replacement. I sent the owners a message about these items via the VRBO app and got no reply. I did not stay at this place. I stayed at a hotel instead. "

"I had called to get clarification on a room-was told the room I was reserving had a king bed and a pull out couch. Got there and it did not in fact have a pull out couch. I’d the person on the phone didn’t know-which was the excuse I was given-they should have asked! We were unable to change our room because of booking on Orbitz. Refrigerator was unusable due to the seal being ripped off and not sealing. Questionable red fluid on the base of toilet. Only hot water in the bathroom sink-ever. Brush your teeth with hot water? Coffee mark on kitchenette counter-we don’t make coffee. Overall very disappointed. I was in town to see to a family member for probably the last time-from over 10 hours away. We did not need the added stress of a sub-par hotel. I will not be staying at this hotel again, nor this brand."

"The home was in a nice quiet location. The home was pretty well stocked with items in the kitchen, towels, sheets, cleaning supplies, TP, and especially items for the pet (i.e. food bowls, bags, wipes, etc.). The only small issue we had was getting the WIFI which had recently been changed. The host was able to help with that. I would love to stay again to have the garage to use and backyard for pets."

"This was our second stay here and would stay again. Pros:* A lot of space! Good for multiple people. So much storage space and a big home. Love the big walk in closet. Great to have so many bathrooms.*Has what you need and all the basics. Nice to have the washer and dryer.*Good for someone who is disabled. Not all places are and this is a good choice of you have someone in your party who is elderly or disabled.*Comfortable and affordable* Nice and responsive host.Needs/Cons:*The home could use some time and care. All blinds are broken. Furniture in the living room is old and stained and not very inviting to spend much time there.*Needed to get some air fresheners as the place had a bit of a smell. Not a big deal but it was noticeable.*The yard and exterior could use some love, but not a dealbreaker.The pros definitely make this place worth it. The host was very responsive and we had no issues. Recommend if you need an assessible place or a lot of room."

"We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location—close to Andy's Frozen Custard for training. We have already booked to stay here again next month."
