"We wanted to be close to the 24th of July celebration in Monroe, but still have a place to play in the water and go for ATV rides in the mountains. Due to fires and floods, (obviously beyond the property owners' control) the water was a little muddy, but the kids still were able to paddleboard and play. There is a lot of room to play games or puzzles inside, which came in handy on the one rainy day. The property is beautiful as is the spacious cabin. We loved it!"

"The VRBO was quaint and clean. The booking was not elderly, user friendly for instructions. The host was very accommodating to contact for any questions. The bed was very comfortable and king-size. The futon was also comfortable and met our needs. I would definitely stay here again. The only issue we had was where one guest has asthma. Room is next to a horse corral and fragrance plug-ins were used. That was a reminder to always ask. This was not on the Vrbo or owner in anyway. Again, if I was to give a rating between 1- 10 and 10 excellent……it was excellent!"

"This was our second year having a family gathering at this property. We are outgrowing the sleeping space. After a discussion with the family about next year, and looking at other options, the unanimous decision was to find a place for a few to sleep and keep this as our base. Everyone has a great time here."
