Beautiful cabin super clean and away from the city lights. Had everything we needed for our week long stay. Plenty of room, wifi and games to entertain.
Fire pit for relaxing or smores. Wish the beds were a bit more comfortable but not a deal breaker. Lots to explore either walking or on quads. Small town is friendly with a few restaurants. Will stay here again when in Marysvale!
Some friends from the Class of ‘75 got together to plan our 50th reunion next year. This was the perfect setting to gather and reminisce, laugh, eat and make plans. The cabin and setting were absolutely beautiful and couldn’t have been any better. Eight ladies stayed for two nights and 3 days and enjoyed our time. The host was easy to communicate with and always answered any questions within minutes.
Our family loved staying at this cabin! It was beautiful and the accommodations were what we hoped for. There were children in our group ranging in age from age 2-13 as well as their parents and grandparents. The check-in and check-out process was very convenient, the children had plenty of room to play and explore outside. There were also things for them to do inside. The cabin was easy access to hiking and ATV trails for all of us! So much fun! Thank you.
We came with a group to ride the ATV trails in and around Marysvale. Great area, very nice cabin, peaceful. Our Host Marsha was very accommodating and helpful.
The cabin was just what we wanted for a family gathering. Beautiful area, fun trails, creek full of water, and room to visit, eat and sleep in the cabin. It had everything we needed
We try to get together and enjoy the outdoors at least once a year. We stayed at the cabin last year and had a wonderful time. It didn’t disappoint this year either.
The house and property are amazing! The Paiute trail system is highly accessible as well which was a big plus. Lastly, the house and property stay cool with plenty of shade at the right elevation!
We loved our 4 night stay at this cabin which was perfect for our family. Bullion Canyon is a beautiful area and a great base camp to explore the Paiute ATV trail. Marysvale is a small town with no grocery store. Richfield has everything you need. Dave and Marsha are great people and wonderful hosts. We’ll definitely be back.
We were looking for a place to stay on the Piute trail and found this gem. It is about 20-minutes from Marysvale in a scenic canyon. The setting is absolutely beautiful! The cabin sits next to a creek and is surrounded by pines, aspens, etc. There is plenty of room to park a large trailer, vehicles and atv's. We loved riding our machines right out of the property and having endless miles of amazing trails. The Miners Park and Bullion canyon falls trail are less than a mile from the cabin. This really is an ATV / side-by-side paradise.
The cabin has an amazing front deck that was great to sit and watch deer or star gaze. We loved having a place to come home after riding, where we could clean up, cook a good meal, and relax.

We loved this location
Pros- location is awesome, ride your recreational vehicles anywhere you want, love the creek, love how secluded it was, loved the sky chair, loved all the fun puzzles we did 2 of the 1000 piece ones and had a blast, loved the firepit, loved the front porch and all the wood provided, loved fishing in Ottercreek that wasn't too far(35 min or so) we caught some HUGE fish which was so exciting, and absolutely LOVE the owner and you will see why in the next part.
Cons- cabin has no fans or AC it was extremely HOT, mice droppings are I'm drawers, floors, so I spent a lot of time cleaning utensils we didn't even use and wiping out drawers, says it sleeps 15 but only has 2 bedrooms and 1 bunkbed with a trundle the rest were mats that weren't great, there is no place for you to put any food, no shelving or pantry, no hand towels for kitchen or bathroom, wash rags etc. But there were bath towels, light bulbs burned out in the little lighting they had(definitely needs more light especiallyat night) could use a pullout couch for extra sleeping and the futon was okay as long as you had a mat to lay over it(I'd maybe get a different futon) when it rained we had water coming in the kitchen, the blinds were hard to pull down as some fell off, the hammock by the firepit was falling apart and hard to use, now I know this sounds like a lot of complaints but I was just expecting better especially for the price we paid. The town is small and only has 2 or so places to eat so be aware of that and some of the places are not always open(we were sad we couldn't try the pizza place as we heard it was good)
Now with all of that being said I we WILL come back to this property and give it a second chance and here is why: The owner of this property is amazing and has already addressed almost everything on the cons list, he personally called me for advice on how to make things better, he is wonderful and has some awesome plans for this property and I can not wait to go next season and see all of the improvements. On another side note our grandkids didn't care one bit about any of these cons, they all had a wonderful time building fires, exploring and riding the 4 wheelers and side x sides! What a wonderful place and I hope others will try it out. Thanks so much for an adventure we will never forget!
It was a wonderful stay.
I wish there were a few more cooking pans for a large group.
Other than that, this place is a dream. I wish we could of stayed longer. It was a superb place to stop in the middle of our off road trip!
Absolutely beautiful property and home. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space. We enjoyed our coffee sitting outside on the porch and listening to the creek that runs through the property! We will definitely come back. We could ride our ATVs directly from the property to the trails. Magical place for sure.
We had a wonderful time. The pictures didn't due it justice. All of our expectations were met. The only draw back was our side by side was to big for most of the trails.
What an incredible cabin! The pictures did not do it justice. Tucked away behind a private gate and lush trees, you drive over your own little bridge which runs over a beautiful stream and onto an absolutely magical property. The cabin was very generously stocked with everything you may need. Everything was very clearly labeled and marked and very clean. We loved hiking, sitting around the fire pit in the evenings, roasting marshmallows and snuggling up on the front porch in the mornings to watch the deer come and graze. Can’t wait to come back again!
