Good luck with breakfast. It's hit or miss. Most was gone 10 minutes after breakfast started. Hotel needs some upgrades. Lots of wear and tear damage

Renaissance Columbus Downtown Hotel
I was canceled about an hour before check-in time. When I was able to reach a hotel "ambassador" after 3 attempts, I was told 1st Class Guests take precedence over me. THIS IS UNNACCEPTABLE. If I had canceled this late, I would still have been charged. RESERVATIONS MEAN NOTHING TO THIS HOTEL.
