The house was perfect, very spacious and beautifully furnished. The home was very clean. It was a great location across from the park. Great for morning walks and a lovely playground for the one toddler traveling with us. Food is within walking distance in all directions. German Village is a great area for a get away. The host was very easy to reach. We had a great stay.

Expected Better

The property renovations and finishes are beautiful and very well done. We were greatly looking forward to our stay. On arrival, the garage doors need attention---one opener didn't work, and the other door could be lifted from the outside at any time. We got in the house to find 3 of the 4 beds---while nicely made---didn't have clean sheets. The solution for the sheets was multiple disruptive trips by a crew to the house on the only full day of our trip. Since we were not expecting to have our vacation day disrupted, we opted to leave. We found a different Columbus location that more than exceeded our expectations for our short stay in the city. Communication with your company started out great and ended as soon as we advised Evan we were leaving. We continued to get automated emails about our stay after we left. You have a beautiful property in a terrific location. Initial communication was good. Resolving the housekeeping issues will make for a wonderful stay for future guests, and we wish you the best.
