Everything in this home is brand new, great family home that backs right up to the park with a private walking trail right off the back deck! The house has 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms - over 3,000 SF for you and your group to be fully comfortable. The kitchen has all new stainless appliances and granite countertops. Large bath tub off the master bedroom is sure to please after a busy day enjoying all Columbus has to offer.

Guests have access to everything the house has to offer - all bedrooms, closets, including a finished basement, with separate smart TV and seating area.

*Please note, there is a ring doorbell installed outside the house only to monitor the front door, along with 2 blink cameras that view only the front yard and driveway area so we can monitor outside the house only and keep the guests privacy! *please note, the basic price is for 4 guests and after the 4th guest you charge $30 per guest per night ,and if it is discovered that you’ve brought more guests to stay, than listed in the reservation, you will be charged $30 per night per extra person*

  • The second oldest building remaining on The Ohio State University campus, Orton Hall was opened in 1893. It is named after Dr Edward Orton, Sr. who served as Ohio State's first president, OSU Professor of Geology from 1873 to 1899, and Ohio's State Geologist from 1882 until his death in 1899. Orton Hall is built of 40 different Ohio building stones. In the outside walls, these stones are laid in stratigraphic order according to their relative positions in Ohio's bedrock. This home was perfect for what we needed while we were in the New Albany area. The bedrooms were comfortable and so were the beds. The house was clean and communication with the host was seamless. We would stay here again for sure!!!

The home was as advertised and very comfortable. The only issues we had were difficulty navigating the street due to many cars narrowing the passage way and there was no spare toilet paper we could find in the house.

Very spacious, good beds, plenty of towels.One problem, third full bathroom is downstairs with only a single cot for sleeping.Also lighting was terrible in bathroom--too dim for make-up and lighting limited in house.Could use comfortable seating in bedrooms.Loved the outside porch and access to wonderful walking trail at the park. The garbage cans on curb blocked parking and remained there for three days, couldn't fit them in garage which was filled.Kitchen area perfect! Thank you for our stay.

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood

The house was very pretty, just as it is pictured, we had a great time here for our weekend. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed friendly and welcoming. The host was very nice and informative.

Great family stay!

Spacious home with lots of room for our family of 7 to gather to celebrate the New Year together. Quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, great appliances, ample seating and large tables for board games. We walked and ran the paths at nearby park daily. Super easy check-in and check out. Thank you for a great stay!

Family Wedding Weekend

Had a great wedding weekend with family. The place was perfect for our family and afforded us an opportunity to be together at one location. The house was clean and amble space for seven of us. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to the greater Columbus area.

Nice, big home, close to all of the fun.

We were very happy to find that the home was exactly as listed. We found the home well stocked with plenty of towels, laundry supplies, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner as well as kitchen supplies. The owners were very involved and on top of things with this home. We had a very mi e stay.

Amazing house

The house was really great, incredibly clean, great AC, beds comfy enough, lots of towels, washer and dryer worked great, everything you could want. In addition, the kitchen is stocked way better than your average VRBO. The decor is really nice but simple. The host was so responsive and easy to work with. We had zero issues and would stay here again for sure!

Home away from home!

We were in town for a family reunion and needed a place to stay and recover from all the visiting. The house was perfect for the four of us, lots of bathrooms and everyone had their own bedroom. The kids enjoyed the fireflies outside! A home away from home.

Great house for large family

Great place

We booked this house for my daughter’s graduation from Ohio State. It was very easy to get to and from campus as well as close to grocery store and shopping. We had 12 people stay and it was perfect! Plenty of room for everyone and the deck and backyard were great so everyone could spread out. Was concerned about parking 6 cars but that was easy too!

Lovely property for an extended family in town for an OSU game

My extended family and I enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. We were in Columbus for the Marshall/Ohio State game (we're Buckeye fans who live in PA). The property was ideal for our needs (including the quiet wooded backyard with occasional deer wandering through and squirrels cavorting about). The property manager was wonderful in facilitating our experience (e.g., timely communication, response to questions) -- thank you!

Great property and host!

We are so glad that we had this as our home base during our weekend visit to Columbus. The house was a great space and in a perfect location for two families who needed proximity to the fun, but also with peace and quiet. Our toddler had a great time and the basement bedroom is perfect for a little one to sleep! The check in process was seamless and I can’t thank the host enough for being so accommodating and communicative. Thank you again!!

Nice Stay!

Perfect house for ladies reunion

We are 7 ladies who have been friends for over 50 years. We went to Stebbins HS in Dayton. Perfect home for us to stay and reconnect since we are scattered now in 3 states. We all had a bed, which was important, and with the 3.5 baths it was easy to share and get ready. Great weather so we took advantage of the deck. We had 5 deer visit as well as an albino squirrel. The house was well equipped. There was plenty of towels and soaps. The host was very responsive to my questions. We had a wonderful, memory making trip. I highly recommend this house for a family.
