Welcome to your home away from home in the heart of the city! This stylish 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is the perfect retreat for both business and leisure travelers.


The Standard Downtown Columbus is our brand new, fully furnished one bedroom, one-bathroom condo is located in the heart of downtown. This modern and stylish space feature a full kitchen equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, a cozy living room with Roku TV for streaming, Keurig-style coffee maker, and a private washer and dryer for laundry needs.

Sleeping Arrangement:
This unit comfortably sleeps 4 people.
-Bedroom: One Double Bed (Sleeps 2); One Twin Bed (Sleeps 1)
-Living Room: One Convertible Couch (Sleeps 1-2)

The Standard is centrally located in the downtown area. Numerous bars and restaurants are within walking distance of the building. Parking is free of charge (up to two vehicles) and there is a large parking lot adjacent to the building.

"The Standard" is built, designed, and set up for long-term and/or short-term stays. The units in the building are meant to be self-sufficient with little team member assistance needed. If you need to contact us during your stay, we are available on messenger whenever you need us.
