Everything was wonderful about the property. It was clean, comfortable and the staff was so friendly. We were there to cater and event for the weekend, so we were very dirty at the end of the day, but the pressure of the shower was a joke. There is no other way to describe it.

The property was easy to find and had plenty of parking. The check-in process was quick and the person working the front desk was very nice. Our room was cleaned while we were out in the morning at the Spartan's Race so it was very convenient. The rooms were updated and spacious. We would stay here again if we were in the area.

Overall it was a great experience. Breakfast was very delicious and coffee was amazing (even at 3pm). Staff very nice and helpful during my stay. Parking lot was well lit with security cameras at night. Bed was extremely comfortable and room was very nice for my two night stay. My only reason for 4/5 instead of 5/5 stars was the hotel elevator was very janky and average compared to other Holiday Inn Suites I have stayed at.

Great stay. Me, my husband and our 17 yr old son stayed and there was plenty of room. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bedding was cozy. The staff was friendly. Especially the nice lady that was handling breakfast the next morning. So friendly and the breakfast was hot and fresh. Lots of variety for breakfast. Our son was on his way to the military school and we will be visiting several more times in the next few months. Will definitely stay again.

The bed was very comfortable. Front desk personnel very pleasant. The ladie that prepared breakfast was very friendly, she made sure breakface area was clean and all food was hot and delicious. Excellent choice of foods. Overall a great experience

Property itself was a little outdated but clean beds and bathrooms. There was a slight odor in the elevator - not sure if something was spilled in there or not. The elevator also wasn’t working the first night. Not the worst thing in the world but a little inconvenient. Overall, probably the best/cleanest hotel to stay at directly in Columbus without having to drive any further. Staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Family stay in Columbus TX

We visited Columbus and stayed at this hotel for one night during. Family trip. We felt very welcomed at checkin by a very friendly staff, she also introduced a local event on the day at courthouse to us as we are first time visitor. The hotel was clean, quiet, convenient near highway, hope they will add recycle trash bin in the future. But surprisedly next day when we asked the check out staff if there’s ice venting machine on our floor, she said she doesn’t know you can check on your own. To future visitors to Columbus and Holiday Inn Express at Columbus town, I confirmed on my own that there’s one ice machine on each floor at the very end, obviously this one staff does not represent the quality of service of this hotel, hope you all enjoy your stay and fatalistic local spots!

I hardly spend any time staying at a motel. So i cannot compare our stay to any other. I was well pleased with my service. I dont know if i was given a rate reduction for being a senior citizen or being a veteran.

First room the blinds didn't work and the window was facing the parking lot so headlights were beaming in constantly. We had to get moved to another room upstairs since the windows up there were not going to have the lights from the vehicles in the parking lot shinning in. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
