Our Cozy 2 bedroom apartment centrally located in the Short North, and has been updated with modern finishes and quality design. Just blocks from the best dining and entertainment in the city of Columbus, enjoy a bright clean space that is designed with your group in mind. Our kitchen is stocked for cooking and is open to a cozy living room perfect for relaxing. Our main bedroom has a queen bed, and desk which is a great place to work from home.



The Space:

Our apartment is a perfect getaway for rest and relaxation. Our bottom floor flat has been renovated and designed to be a quality stay for guests. Enjoy 1 free off-street parking space with this apartment in our parking log (instructions will be sent).



Be prepared to relax and unwind from the moment you check in. Our quiet space is tucked away from the hustle and bustle and is a perfect space for someone in town for work. We have designed this apartment to have the perfect space for preparing a light meal, relaxing, and resting.

This property is in the Short North (a highly desirable area near downtown), conveniently located near many attractions and great restaurants. The Short North is a great walkable neighborhood with over 50 bars and restaurants along the High Street corridor. We are surrounded by beautifully restored historic homes, and great city parks such as Goodale Park!

PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:



$35 (Less than 5 nights)

$50 (5 - 30 nights)

$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)

  • The second oldest building remaining on The Ohio State University campus, Orton Hall was opened in 1893. Broken AC

I drove across the country with my two dogs and was excited to finally get there. The instructions on where the unit was online was incorrect but I found the unit. Once in (9:30PM), a whaf of hot air came at me. The units old ac system was on, blowing hot air. The owner must have known this was an issue as there were dloor fans blowing on high in each room. It was too hot to stay in with my two dogs. I could not imagine what it would have felt like during the day. The unit itself was ok and fairly clean.
