Nice neighbor, cute house. Fridge had ice machine, comfy bed. Plenty of towels and blankets. That being said furniture downstairs needed to be deep cleaned and some spots on the carpets too.

Location as described-convenient and walkable. Wish the back courtyard/patio area was cleaned out because it could be a cute space to sit in addition to the front porch. (Which also could have been cleaned off) Interior: kitchen well stocked with nice items. Beds were comfortable.House could benefit from a deep cleaning (windowsills, baseboards, etc. some cobwebs here and there made it seem as though house has not had guests recently?) Price was comparable to others in the area, however, I had never stayed near there before so we have nothing to compare it to) AC upstairs window unit was a plus because of how warm the bedrooms up there. Overall house was ok/average.
