My room was 220 on 5/29. The room was dirty, carpet look like it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks, I picked up at least 4-5 random coffee stirring sticks on the floor and there was what seemed to be an unmarked bottle of lemonade on the bottom shelf of one of the night stands, hand towels in the night stand drawer, no remote to the TV and all surfaces were so dusty, I had to clean them just to put my suitcase on top. Breakfast was good. Front check in was fast and friendly. I did not sleep well, due to feeling like everything was so dirty.

Room was clean but the entire hotel is SO dated, y'all please renovate, it smells like mold and you really need new everything (honey your maintenance department can only do so much, I don't blame them) The breakfast was not great, gravy like water and the eggs were downright gross, but the sausage and waffles were okay. Your staff, however, was incredible, I don't know where you got them but you'd be smart to keep them because they were literally the very best thing about your property. Your front desk staff was so friendly and polite, which you really don't see as much any,more, they truly cared about their guests and it shows. We had a blast talking to them, they gave clear directions to everything and were so accomodating.
