Expedia had a 4/4.5 rating…no way possible. The bedding sheet had cigarette burns and the bedspread was dirty. No smoke detector! Bathroom had no heat and was freezing. Closet door was off. Molding was missing or broken off. Outside gutters were clogged, pool had plants growing in it. Door entering the office was dirty.

First impression-needs major overhaul No glass ware No hot water No ice Lights are so low- tough to see anything Didn't see a phone the soap in bathroom was so old it didn't release much soap The front door looked like it could be easily be opened by force

The room was freezing
I tried to turn the heater on and it barely circulated air. The blankets looked very worn. There was duct tape on the door. The parking lot was not plowed. There were cars with snow still on them. Like are people living there? I a strong independent woman, lol, but I was frightened. I checked out and drove away.

First checking in young man was very rude got to the room. Had issues getting in the door went back down to him. He started screaming. I told him I said I’m just tired. I’ve had a long ride for four hours. Not my problem with this answer and start screaming and telling me to calm down because I was just tired and frustrated and wanted to lay down shower, anyhow you wanted to give me back my refund at this time I was very very tired. I needed to rest my head. I have been driving for four hours. However when I got in the room there was a poly dirt sitting in the front door corner that was swept there instead of vacuuming up. The front door was taped with duct tape on the inside There was hair in the bathroom sink and the toilet bowl water was brown getting the hot water to run it took it half hour to heat up the chair only has three wheels ones missing almost fell over my overall experience. I’ve done a lot of travel and been in hotels but for 100 and what I paid 125. The service was disgusting all over Will never recommend this placed anyone

The room was clean enough I guess. The bed was awful felt broken in the middle I was afraid to sleep on it. The sheets had cigarette burns in them I slept on top of all the blankets. The shower had no hot water and we didn’t even get a little shampoo there was a half used one left in there from someone else’s stay. Definitely not worth the 103 and change I spent will not be back
