Love the property, perfect location.
Few little things that I would advise maybe add dressers to the Rooms and remove the chair for a dressers.
Had to buy hangers and watch the sheets full of little hairs all over.
But will definitely stay at this property again , it perfect for a family of 4. Did not use the outside patio but I would advise maybe add a picnic table and new chairs make more appealing.
Overall we love it and will definitely recommend to all .

Great property and in a really cool area that’s within walking distance.
I had difficulty falling asleep because there is a lot of light that comes into both bedrooms. Black out curtains would have been greatly appreciated. The linens on the beds were the so luxurious!
The coffee maker was a disappointment. It took forever to brew, maybe because it should have cone filters, not basket. We bought fresh ground coffee in town. The coffee maker just made a Big Mess of the whole process!
Well equipped, however, there were no batteries in the tv remote. This was just my sister & I and it took a while to summarize that it was a lack of batteries. 😀
We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. It is literally minutes from Garden of the Gods. Plenty of deer wandering around so there was always something to see. This property beyond cute! I would definitely book it again.
Perfectly located. Neighborhood is quiet and has views of Pikes Peak from the property. Enjoyed having the private backyard to sit in and talk in the evenings. Well decorated and everything you’d need during a stay.
We were there to visit the outdoors and it’s close to everything. 8 minutes to Garden of the Gods, 15 minutes to Pikes Peak Highway, and 10 minutes or less to several trails and outdoor spaces. Also not too far for a day trip to Denver (under an hour) or whitewater rafting South of Colorado Springs.
Host is very responsive and the property was perfect for 4 women in their 30s. We’ll be back.
This place was clean, quiet, beautiful, and within walking distance to hip Old Colorado City. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
Home was immaculate. The cleanest property we have ever stayed in and we have rented quite a few. The home had everything we needed for a 5 day stay. Location is near everything you would want to do in the Colorado Springs area. Downtown Old Colorado City is so charming and welcoming. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
First impression is how nicely it is decorated. It's clean and plenty of space. Nice walk to downtown. Only issue we had was the key pad wouldn't open to get the keys as instructed, but we didn't need them anyways.
We have our last 2 days with out internet , we try to watch some movies in Netflix and computer and was no internet at all, we can’t find the router to check if was on , I text the owner but we have answer after we check out .
Location- Suburb off the main road. Safe area. Close to stores & restaurants. Off-road parking. But on top of hill, so careful if it snows
Decor- Modern & Romantic. Looks like a professional interior designed the place.
Amenities- Amazing. Soft towels. All necessary kitchen needs; trash bags, coffee, creamer, spices, cooking ware, etc.
Furniture- Clean, soft, and comfortable.But master bed-frame broken. Sunk in middle, but was able to fix.
Utilities- Water got hot very fast. But a bit weak on the pressure.
Overall, would definitely stay at again!

Newly renovated, upscale, clean, fully equipped and a nice patio! A little tricky to find. Tress around signage need trimmed. We didn’t sleep well; mattress was ok, needed a pillow top. Nice make up vanity in master, but needed a small vanity light for use. Overall, nice and we would stay again. A great location for Old Colorado City and Garden of the Gods!

Quiet & Comfortable
Stayed 4 days and since the weather didn’t cooperate we spent more time indoors than is our vacation habit. This was ok since the rental was comfortable and spacious enough. We were able to make meals there without difficulty as all the appliances and cookware were in good condition.
No noise or trouble sleeping in king size bed. Bedside lights for reading was less than ideal as the single bedside lamp has a very dark shade casting little readable light.
Everything else in unit was well thought out and stocked nicely for paper products, shampoo, tin foil and spices/herbs.
Overall a very good price for a 2 Bedroom near Old Colorado.
