Located near downtown Colorado Springs, Old Colorado City, Garden of the Gods, within walking distance of a playground.Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The space This second unit located in the back of the house has everything you need for your trip to Colorado Springs. Private off street parking is accessed by way of the alley and is very spacious. The fully landscaped yard has a fire pit, grill, out door seating, turfed area for backyard games and a shed for guest to lock up skis or bikes. The house has two bedrooms one with king bed bath and one with queen sized bed, with the option to pull the couch out if needed. There is also a living room with smart Tv with streaming apps loaded, one bathroom, laundry on site, and full kitchen for making at home meals during your stay. Guest access The entire house is available for use along with the fenced in yard. There is a shed for guest use located within the fenced yard and private off street parking by way of the alley. There are no shared spaces. Other things to note The unit is in the back of the house and is accessed from the back of the house by way of the alley located off Harrison street. Please be respectful of the people living in the front unit. If you have take-out delivered please make sure they know to deliver to the back of the house. STR-2395
