Wonderful stay

The property was very clean. Location was great. Nice touch that property was decorated for Christmas. Host thought of everything & answered all inquiries very promptly. One of the best Vrbo experiences. Would highly recommend this property.

Amazing stay!

We loved our stay here. It was very clean, spacious and very close to several places to eat and shop. It was a quiet stay as well. We will be using this again next year . Great experience and beautiful views on the patio of the mountains.

Beautiful townhome and area

We loved staying here. The townhouse is laid out to best maximize the space and is very tastefully furnished. They have truly thought of all the little details to make staying here a breeze. The kitchen is stocked with all the stuff you might need to make dinner which was so nice. The location was great! If we are ever back we would definitely stay here again.

Adventures in Colorado

The rental home was beautiful, clean and well supplied. A quiet community. We enjoyed many of the nearby attractions; A focus on the Family Celebration, the 7 Falls, garden of the gods, Pikes Peak & some others. Just Amazing!!

Absolutely perfect!!

This was quite possibly the cleanest, newest, and best supplied Vrbo that I've ever rented. The check-in process was easy and the owners responded quickly to all of my questions. The house is close to food and entertainment, and it has great views. My family and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely book this property again the next time we are in the Springs.

Family stay for granddaughter’s birthday

Spent most of our time at our son’s place, but loved our time there. It was a great place to hang when we were there and was very well stocked. Had one issue getting locked out, but Wendy was extremely responsive and helpful. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Beautiful condo!

This condo is beautiful! It is located within walking distance to restaurants and a movie theater. There are many great restaurants and shopping close by as well within driving distance. One suggestion, I wish there were better pillows. It has everything you need in the kitchen and it has full size washer/dryer. We would absolutely stay here again when we’re back in Springs!

Great location near the new Ford Amphitheater!

This was the perfect place to stay for opening weekend of the Ford Amphitheater! Only 8-10 minutes away from the new venue. This home was just as described and SO neat, tidy and CLEAN. Fully stocked kitchen, bonus items in refrigerator from the guests that checked out just the day before. Beautiful view of Pikes Peak from the street. Close proximity to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, etc. Would love to come back and stay again!

Feels like home

Check in was easy and timely just like the last time I stayed here. This townhouse is comfortable, clean quiet and very well stocked with necessities. I come regularly to visit family and always feel at ease in this place. Great for a short or extended stay. It’s very close to all kinds of restaurants and fun. Bowling at Summit, Perry’s pizza and taproom, shopping at Scheels were all an awesome experience. I’ve enjoyed staying again like 3 months ago. Given the chance I’ll definitely stay again!

Beautiful townhouse in the perfect location!

This beautiful townhouse is perfectly located in the center of town, making it fun and easy to explore all of the surrounding area. It’s far enough off the road to provide ample privacy and a safe neighborhood to walk around in, but still surrounded by fresh urban restaurants and activities. The home itself was clean and well stocked. True care was put in to making it feel stylish and cozy. Shawn and Wendy were wonderful hosts, promptly responding to any of my questions or concerns. Booking this property was the best decision for my family on our latest trip, and I would definitely consider returning in the future.

Fabulous Townhouse in a Great Location

The townhouse was very clean and looks brand new. All basic supplies were abundant , blender was provided which was great. The place was a great size and provided privacy for each guest. The location was also very convenient to restaurants, stores and highways which takes you to the main attractions-most of which were 15-20 minutes away. Denver is just an hour away. The townhouse also have nice views in a new community. The hosts response to our questions were also quick. We truly enjoyed our stay in Colorado Springs and very happy with the accomodations..

Beautiful Area Near Everything & Loads of Natural Light Inside!

We stayed in Colorado Springs for 5 days to attend a wedding over New Year’s Day. The townhome is beautiful, overlooks a vast open area for walking and has a small playground at a distance. Inside, it has an abundance of gorgeous natural lighy which I particularly loved. It was clean and ready for our stay. Conveniently located near restaurants, grocery stores, and a variety of attractions, we didn’t have far to go for necessities. The 2-car garage was very convenient also. The owners obviously take care and pride in offering a wonderful place to stay and thought of just about everything! They were quick to respond to any questions we had.

Briargate is the bomb!

This condo was absolutely amazing. Beautiful and super clean. Very quiet. Comfy beds. Pretty view of the mountains on the patio. Had anything and everything you may need. It was like walking into your own house and having everything. Location was perfect for us to see Cave of the Winds, Pikes Peak (aprox 30 min). Conveniently located to restaurants in the area. Owners were very quick to respond with any questions. If I could give this 10 stars I would!! Thank you for helping us have the perfect vacation!

Wedding in Colorado

The Flynns are a great host family. Their home is very clean, great location, and communication is fast if anything comes up. If you plan a trip to Colorado this would be the place to stay.!

Son's retirement weekend from the Air Force

We thoroughly enjoyed the townhome! It was clean with easy access to north part of Colorado Springs, restaurants, activities. It ended up just being the two of us and we appreciated all the space. Communication with the host and check in and out was seamless. Hope to stay again when visiting our family!

Clean family friendly house

Very clean and family friendly house/area. There’s a nice park and areas to walk right outside your door. It is also close to a lot of other activities and restaurants. It worked well for our stay and we would stay there again!
