Private Pool/Slide/Hot Tub-5 min to Broadmoor/7 Falls/Zoo, Borders Open Space

  • VERY UNIQUE LARGE PROPERTY with heated pool (open 05/07-09/01)located in the foothills with views in every direction! Splash and play to your heart's content and hike and bike out your door on the trail system and beyond. Enjoy mountain views and sunsets during the day from the West deck or curl up on the deck furniture next to the fireplace, or soak in the hot tub and marvel at the night time city views from the East deck. The home's rustic interior is spacious and comfortable with large common areas-a well stocked kitchen and eating nook make mealtimes fun, as well as a dining room where you can pass many hours in style! The pantry/laundry room is off of the kitchen area and holds a 2nd full size refrigerator/freezer and full size washer/dryer. The living room has a large leather sectional sofa with electric footrests, a massage chair and a beautiful rock fireplace below the large screen TV. Short drive to downtown Colorado Springs, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Broadmoor Hotel, Norris Penrose Event Center, and so much more! The outdoor pool is closed for the winter. Access miles of trails through the back gate of the property-enjoy!
