For bookings over eight guests we offer substantial discounts. If you are looking for a fabulous, warm, spacious and comfortable home for a family vacation, this is your BEST CHOICE. Fun activities inside and outside. If you are business traveler looking for a retreat or a business meeting, we have comfortable spaces for meetings with large Fire TV's for video presentations, a separate and private office fully equiped with excellent WIFI, printer/scanner/fax machine, and office supplies supplied. (Dads wil love it.)

Our home has a large and fully equipped kitchen attached to a GREAT ROOM to prepare breakfasts, lunches and dinners. That alone will save families hundreds of dollars. We have fabulous theme rooms full of fun and rare decorations. As far as inside activities we have a pool table, ping pong table, an exciting Arcade game. Outside activities include a large patio with ample seating, grill, gardens and lot's of lawn for the children to play on.

As far as our neighborhood we are located in the Historic Old North End which is centrally located, near downtown, Colorado College and easy access to I-25. Our front yard is Colorado Springs most beatiful public park: Monument Valley Park which includes a river, Pickle Ball courts, public pool, hiking/biking trails, picnic tables and playground for your children.

An important heads up. WE CHARGE PER GUEST PER NIGHT. We also have guest minimums and length of stays minimums during our high seasons and major holidays like New Years, Martin Luther King weekend, Spring Breaks, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. These minimums are firm but flexible and determined at the time of the booking request.

Parties and events are prohibited due to City Codes. Our neibbor's and neighborhood's privacy and security is a TOP PRIORITY. Excessive noise and disturbances will not be tolerated. Non paying guests are NOT ALLOWED to spend the night because our liability insurance will not cover them.

Very comfortable for a few families

I stayed there with 3 families and it was very comfortable for all groups. There were a few issues that got sorted out very quickly. Michael was very fast to respond to any issues or questions we had. I would stay again!

Great location, house layout & host!

Highly recommend staying here. There is so much space and the home very comfortable. There is a trailhead across the street and downtown Colorado Springs is within walking distance. Perfect for multiple couples or families!

Fantastic Colorado Springs Stay!

The home was beautiful and massive and had everything that was needed for our stay! I wish we had more time to explore the ins and outs of the house but it really was perfect for a group of hikers. Rooms were all spacious with themes and lots of attention to detail and beds comfortable. Instructions given to us by Michael were super easy to follow and he gave us a lot of good recommendations for things to do and restaurants to visit. Will definitely be coming back!

Culebra mansion

Our large group found the home just what we hoped it would be: lots of space to spread out and enjoy our family reunion. The kitchen is well-supplied with cookware, dishes, glasses, etc. We also used the outdoor grill. The kids had a good time with the pool table and ping-pong table. I highly recommend this VRBO.

Excellent home and host!

We stayed here while attending a destination wedding at the Broadmoor Hotel. Very roomy and comfortable. The air wasn’t working very well at first, so Michael came over immediately and had it corrected, and all was good after that. We played ping pong and enjoyed all the artwork and historical pieces about the house. We saw a bunny rabbit and hummingbirds in the beautiful backyard. We would stay here again when in Colorado Springs in the future.

Wonderful family vacation in CO

This home more than exceeded our expectations. There were more than enough bedrooms and plenty of space to play for the 4 family groups in our extended family. The backyard was great for kids to run around. The owner responded quickly when we had an unexpected power outage and stopped by personally to ensure that we had all we needed. (Fortunately, the power was restored quickly)

Perfect Location, Great Host

Great house. Very close to everything. Host was great, but VRBO system was lacking when it came to delivering the check in instructions. Luckily I was able to contact the host directly! Michael was very helpful. Neighborhood felt extremely safe. If you have a smaller group, some rooms will be blocked off but host was very flexible with that. The TV in the kitchen was the only one that had cable (the Olympics were happening while we were there!) which we would’ve hoped to watch that in the living room but it was fine. Back yard was wonderful for the kids. Very private. Would definitely come back!

Family Vacation

This house was perfect for a large family. There was plenty of space to hang out; we weren't all crammed on top of each other. Plenty of beds. The house itself is very interesting - so many cool things to look at and read about. Ping pong table and pool table kept us busy when we were there in the evening. Beds were comfortable. Pillows need more fluff, but other than that it was great. Took a while to figure out how to cool the house as it was getting warm in CS, but when we did, it was great. Host did tell me how to do it during our first call. Host was very responsive and helpful. Neighborhood was beautiful! Walking trail/park across the street was nice. Such a great place.

Spacious and Fun

Our stay was wonderful at The Best VRBO In Colorado Springs. It was easy to find, the house had plenty of space and we enjoyed the ping pong table and the pool table. We even had a mini pool tournament on our last evening there. I had two 16 year olds who were entertained the whole time by the fun extras this house had to offer. The mountain view from the driveway (and one of the bedrooms) was absolutely stunning and the location was perfect, it was close to everything for us. We only had four people in our group which left us with plenty of space in the home to spread out and not drive each other crazy. But one thing I want to mention is that if you have a smaller group like we did, not all bedrooms will be unlocked/usable. Which is completely understandable, but just thought it was worth mentioning so others won't be surprised. We did ask the property manager to come unlock one bedroom due to a misunderstanding and he was accommodating and prompt. Overall we were very pleased with our stay at this beautiful home.

Just as advertised. Stayed for a family trip with my adult children and grandkids (10 of us in total). Plenty of room for everyone. House is full of charm. If vacationing in the Springs area I would definitely stay there again. It was clean, easy to access, and we felt safe. Huge kitchen. Tons of beds. The house is decorated with a lot of character. No issues to note. Worked great for large family vacation.
