Beautifully decorated, this unit provides all linens making this ideal for business travel, vacations or stays in between homes.
We also provide cable TV (YoutubeTV) along with DVD player/DVD's & Smart TV.

Great Stay

The place was clean and easy to find with GPS. There was a cute welcome package which was very nice. Beds were comfy and everything was great. I very much appreciated the box fan too that we were able to utilize. Neighborhood was quiet and check out process was a breeze!

This is a well managed and decorated townhouse. Though an older unit, Tracy does a good job on the details. Can't beat it for the price.

granddaughter loved going up and down the stairs over and over. I wish I knew what kind of shampoo was in the shower dispenser, that was really great smelling. we didn’t really explore much nearby directly. most of our exploring was in a 3 hour radius in different directions from this location. Colorado Springs was only a fragment (a few days) of our overall plans it would have been great to add another day but we didn’t see that option, so we added another day to Colorado Springs at a different VRBO. this one was better between the 2 places we also ended up adding another day to our next destination. Perfectly Ok

Not in a nice neighborhood at all, just a bunch of squat townhomes in a couple barren lots with a few junipers dotted around. Decor was acceptable but tacky, though some lamps had an obnoxious white colored bulb. The kitchen tools were JUST enough to prepare food and very low quality. There were some odd smells we couldn't place that vanished eventually. Ultimately a bland place with very little personality and an uncharming location, but does serve as a place to sleep with a kitchen, so does serve ones most basic needs, but hardly a vacation spot.
