    Springs Sanctuary offers family-friendly, dog-friendly comfort close to parks, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, and Pikes Peak in a welcoming Colorado Springs residential setting. Enjoy a double-level deck with a gas grill and two separate living areas inside, each with its own fireplace, plus groceries, shops, and dining within a mile along Academy Boulevard and Palmer Park trails just as close.



    Fire up the grill for backyard barbecues or cozy up by either fireplace in cooler weather, stream on the large smart TV, and cook family-style in the stainless kitchen; primary guests enjoy a large jetted soaking tub in the en suite. Great Place for Cadet Family!

This home was very clean, had all the amenities necessary, pet-friendly, and so much was provided! It is in a great location and a good neighborhood. We have an Air Force Cadet and another considering attending the Academy. We will plan to stay here again!

Just like home...

This was our 2nd time to stay here over Christmas. We enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, spacious living and dining room, and beautiful yard for the dog! The neighborhood is very nice, just down the street from King Sooper and central to everything in the Springs. Very clean and well maintained!

Very comfortable!

This delightful house had all the comforts of home! The main living area had large comfortable furniture which was perfect for our family as we curled up to watch Christmas movies. The kitchen was fully stocked and spacious for preparing meals. We’ll definitely stay again!

Everyone was very comfortable and enjoyed their stay. More complete instructions are needed for locking the door when going out. Our master's student figured it out.

Great stay

Loved the house. Enjoyed the kitchen and grill for cooking. Plenty of space for our group to spread out. Only issue is that the house was too warm when we arrived at 10 pm. There is no central air conditioning which is typical and okay. But none of the windows were open etc. once we opened them it was comfortable. We did use the air conditioner in the dining room at times.

Girls trip

Overall house was spacious and comfortable. There were a few non working items the first morning but someone came to fix the issues. No central air so the house was hot inside (80 or above) from late morning to around 7 or 8 PM when we could open windows and let cooler outdoor air through. We also requested an extra fan.

Texans Staying Here in June 2024

Our group consisted of two married couples all slightly over 60 years old traveling together. We stayed here an entire week while visiting the area. We all liked this property and would stay there again. We felt we were in someone’s home as personal touches were all over the house. It has two levels with two bedrooms and full baths upstairs and one bedroom and bathroom downstairs. Numerous couches can be used for additional sleeping space if needed, as well as at least three seating areas with televisions. A washer and dryer is available to use. We did not utilize the outside deck/grill area much, but it is there if desired. The kitchen has numerous cooking and food preparation options from which to choose. Many ceiling fans, a strong window unit, and a turbojet blower kept us very comfortable during early June. Communication regarding the rental was quite easy and very efficient.

The home was beautiful reminded us all of our grandparents homes. spacious enough for our larger group too! We put the Jacuzzi tub to use! 3 bathrooms were a plus!! The home being dog friendly did irritate our allergies (we should have expected that) The basement bedroom mattress was extremely firm probably the only real complaint. The other 2 beds were comfy though! Depends on the person I suppose. The day of check in we received a notice that the refrigerator went out, the replacement fridge wasnt ideal but we made it work, ended up bringing 2 coolers with ice to hold all of our perishables and we've never booked a home or hotel that didn't provide coffee. So definitely stop and grab your own, however they did have a keurig and coffee pot. The views of deer, calf's and the quiet neighborhood was amazing! Shooting for next year to use the grills!

All was perfect for our extended family gathering. Host attended promptly to every question and provided additional services and supplies quickly. Kitchen equipment was beyond my wildest imagination! Neighborhood was quiet. Great TV/entertainment setups. We would come back again.

Had almost everything you'd need in kitchen, never had such choices, but no saran wrap or foil, bathrooms well stocked including array of otc meds but no clorox wipes for cleaning surfaces in BR nor any spray bottles, Living room and dining table very nice, comfortable 3bedrooms 3baths , had laundry but no soap, dishwasher1 cleaning pod for 5 day stayVery nice stay but needs basic cleaning supplies, freezer not work well but immediate response by maintenance

The home was centrally located to all we wished to explore. The space was perfect for our group. Only downside was one mattress was likely broken and was not comfortable to sleep on. Overall, it was a great experience and stay.

Homey large house in Great location

This was a great stay! Large home with a nice patio and back yard in a great neighborhood conveniently located not far from a nice grocery store , shopping and restaurants! Kitchen fully equipped! Beds were a little firm for my liking but for the price you can’t beat this !! Would stay again!!

The house was in a good location, proximity wise and is a decent size. However, it is an older house and is VERY drafty…we bought a space heater to keep in one of the bedrooms because it go so cold. And, while the house is a decent size, there are a LOT of things everywhere…dishes, glasses, pots, books, dvds, etc, etc.
