The location is convenient. The house was comfortable. though not very homey. It was mostly clean. The kitchen was lacking in both spoons and forks and had no dishcloths, dish towels or potholders. The yard had a lot of junk including discarded appliances which was not appealing. The front porch was roomy and quite nice. And the host responded immediately to the two texts I sent.
