Spacious 6 Bdr Family Home near Park & Recreation Center

Enjoy this spacious, ranch style, 6 bedroom home in a quiet neighborhood, located northeast of downtown Colorado Springs. The home has new hardwood floors in kitchen and living room, new granite counter top in kitchen, and updated furniture throughout. The first floor has 3 bedrooms, including master suite, full guest bath, large living room, dining room, and eat-in kitchen. The lower level has 2 private bedrooms, a semi-private bedroom, bathroom, lounge and play area, laundry facilities and a sleeper couch. There is a private backyard with patio, fire pit, gas grill and a two car attached garage. High speed Wifi (150 mbs) & Cable TV provided in living room, master bedroom, and lower level. NO PETS, NO SMOKING.

Located just 3/4 mile from Cottonwood Creek Park and Recreation Center. The park is a 77 acre award winning community park providing picnic tables, slides and swings playground, snow sledding, four soccer fields, three softball/baseball fields, tennis courts, in-line hockey court, disc golf course, and walking/running paths. The recreation center is a YMCA facility with an indoor pool and fitness center, and is available to the public on a pay-per-day basis.

Perfect for Air Force Academy graduation and events, it is just 12 minutes from the South Gate entrance off I-25.

The home is centrally located so that going north, south, or west you are only 20-30 minutes away from so much that Colorado Springs has to offer: Garden of the Gods Park, Old Colorado City, Flying W Ranch, Rockledge Ranch, Air Force Academy, 4 additional bases incl. Peterson Air Force Base, The Broadmoor Hotel, Seven Falls, Manitou Springs, Fort Carson, Pikes Peak and Cog Railway, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo.
Grocers, shopping, and restaurants are only a few minutes away. 10 minutes to UCCS.
30 minutes to Colorado Springs Airport, 90 minutes to Denver International.

5 Day Trip for Family Wedding

We rented this place for my family to stay while we attended another family members wedding. It was a great space for it too. Very spacious, had all the necessities that we needed, and everything regarding our stay was very clear. Highly recommend, especially if you have a large group, as we comfortably had 6 adults, a toddler, and an infant stay here at one time!

Wonderful Property!

We were in town for a family wedding and this was the perfect spot for our crew. Beautiful and spacious, and we really appreciated the children's toys and books. Also had fun playing some of the games. The host was responsive (we missed the entry code when it came in) and had no issues whatsoever. Excellent! Work Retreat

Wonderful stay, beginning to end! This is where my coworkers and I stayed as our work hosted out of state employees for a team retreat. The property feels inviting and comfortable as soon as you walk in. It was the perfect home away from home. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in COS, especially if you need plenty of space for many guests! Quiet neighborhood with easy access to main roads and dinning.

Close to Everything

If you are looking to see the sights around Colorado Springs and you want a nice home with space for everyone this is it. The back patio, BBQ and fire pit were a nice addition. The neighborhood is quiet and any shopping or restaurants you like are very close by. Our family chose this home to share as we came together to celebrate our niece’s wedding.

If you are looking for a family friendly home this is your home. I was so excited to see the play kitchen in the closet for the grandkids to play with. The board games were great to have. The house is very spacious and we never felt like we were in top of each other.

Great floor plan with plenty of space and all the essentials plus most nice to haves as well. Toys for the kiddos if you have them, detergent for laundry, plenty of supplies. Family get together and grandparents reveal

Our extended family (Mom and Dads of our adult married children), along with a cousin and a six year old, visited this lovely home. It was great! Very spacious, well appointed, and even toys for the six year old! Lois was very welcoming and there every step of the way. I would highly recommend!
