Welcome to the Sawatch Unit, a peaceful one-bedroom, one-bath retreat inspired by the rugged landscapes of Colorado’s Sawatch Mountain Range. Originally built in 1895, this home has been meticulously remodeled and designed as a wellness retreat. Rejuvenate with non-toxic, no VOCs, EMF-safe, nature-inspired design with a pH water machine, circadian lighting, and living walls and living plants throughout.
