Renovated 1880's cottage! This updated home is located between Manitou Springs & Old Colorado City, just a few blocks from the Garden of the Gods. This home has been fully outfitted with new furnishings, fresh paint & has a wonderful front porch for people watching & views of Pikes Peak. And backyard for relaxing or grilling out. Private parking, easy access to grocery stores that are literally right across the street. If you're looking for convenience and relaxation, this is the place to be.
***Please note that there are exterior security cameras in the parking area and front & back areas*** there is no washer & dryer, but the laundromat is very close on the main road.

The home was very comfortable and a nicely decorated! We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The beds were oh so comfortable! So many things to see and do close by. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Cozy home base with quirky charm

We loved staying at the Emerald Nest. More than enough space to get comfortable, and perfectly located to visit Pike's Peak, Garden of the Gods.

Sweet Little House

This house was just right for our visit to Colorado Springs. The front porch was a great spot for hanging out, and the back yard would have been as well if it hadn't been rainy. Everything was as nice as the descriptions and photos showed. I would gladly stay there again.

Charming Cottage, Amazing Location

This little historic home exceeded all our expectations. The host was amazing, and made check incredibly easy. With walking distance to Garden of the Gods and a five minute minute drive to both Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City, we couldn't have asked for a better location. Highly recommended!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here at the Emerald Nest. The location is convenient to get to many things down town and is pretty close to the Garden of the Gods as well. It is an older house but the upkeep is well done. We learned to keep the fans on full boar at night in conjunction with the AC units in each room. Had a bit of a problem with one of the AC units at night but Cindy was helpful as we worked to resolve it. Overall, a good stay.

We loved our stay! Great location to the sights, cozy, inviting house with a home feel. Hosts were awesome and responsive. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. Grocery store right across the street. We felt safe and secure. Loved the front porch lounging area and mountain view!

Great getaway

We absolutely loved this charming home. It was perfect for our family and the backyard was so fun for my kids. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating! We will definitely stay here again if we get the chance!

- Really close to the Garden of the Gods - Well decorated, clean place - Good instructions on how to get to the house, specifically that the entrance is from the backyard. - Keyless entry: Such a lifesaver!

Great Location

The location was great with easy access to all the sites we planned to see while we were in Colorado Springs. The home is older, the beds were comfortable, the flowers in the backyard are beautiful but the bees liked them too and the individual air-conditioning units were adequate but if you like it cold for sleeping it might not be enough.

The property was perfect for two ladies looking for a central location to play in the Springs area. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The host was quick to respond. Beautiful Home

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was located close to all the activities we had planned. Enjoyed eating outside in the back yard and enjoying coffee on the front porch. Saw deer in the backyard, squirrels and beautiful birds. Very relaxing. My daughters loved the movie selections.

We wanted to bring our kids to the mountains in Colorado Springs, and The Emerald Nest did not disappoint. Cute cottage

Charming cozy cottage. Very clean and had everything we needed for a comfy stay. Close to everything we wanted to do. Between Old Colorado city and manitou springs which were very cute , quaint towns. Only complaint if I had one is it’s on a very busy street and we could hear cars and motorcycles all night. But really didn’t affect us much. Beautiful views of the mountains. Safeway across the street was nice.
