- Renovated 1880's Home. An updated historic cottage located between Manitou Springs & Old Colorado City, just a few blocks from the Garden of the Gods. Easy access to shopping, restaurants and local cultural arts. Conveniently located close to many outdoor attractions. The home has been fully outfitted with new furnishings, fresh paint & has a wonderful front porch for people watching & views of Pikes Peak. And backyard for relaxing or grilling out. Private parking at the back, grocery store, gym, restaurants are literally right across the street. If you're looking for convenience and relaxation, this is the place to be.
*Please note that there are exterior security cameras in the parking area and front & back areas* there is no washer & dryer, but the laundromat is very close across the road.
