Casa Claudio Colorado is a three bedroom, two bathroom unit in beautiful Colorado Springs, CO. It is completely renovated inside (December 2018) and is equipped with all new appliances and completely new furniture. It is decorated with a rustic glam feel. It is a duplex unit location with an attached one car garage. Located less than 2 miles to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, The Incline, Cave of the Winds and many sightseeing spots! Only one block away is beautiful Colorado Avenue which boasts some amazing restaurants and shops. Casa Claudio sleeps up to 8 people and has one king bed, one queen and a twin/full bunk bed. Casa Claudio is very kid-friendly offering a crib/play pen, high chair, family movies, games and more! We provide luxury linens through out the entire residence and memory foam mattresses. It is our hope that Casa Claudio Colorado will feel like your second home. A-STRP-23-1214

Great rental close to many of the area attractions! Old Colorado city is a gem and loved that we could walk to restaurants, art galleries and boutiques. Would rent this spot again. We spent lots of time on the deck enjoying the mountain views and beautiful weather.

CO Springs getaway worth it

Enjoyable time at this home during a weekend stay. It is clean and modern and the owners had good communication throughout the booking and stay. Great location for what we were wanting to do. It was well stocked with kitchen items and we were able to prepare for everything we had planned. We plan on keeping this on our list for future stay.

I highly recommend this property if you are visiting the best of Colorado Springs Old Town and the surrounding sites. Conveniently located within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. At first I wasn’t sure about the location, but it ended up being perfect! Walking distance to all the cute little shops and a quick drive to Manitou. Close to all things that you want to do and a great view of the mountains. Clean, updated property!
