This is a very nice 2 bedroom apartment. Everything is new and very clean. The apartment is a walk-out basement that was easy to access. The host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The couch has a recliner on each end. We had private wifi. It is in a nice neighborhood with many shops and restaurants nearby. The rate was very reasonable and we enjoyed our stay very much. We will definitely use them again on our next visit to Colorado Springs.

Clean and a great size for four of us! Owners were great with communication. We loved that there were snacks sitting out and coffee and tea available. There were also many other amenities available - shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste/toothbrushes, laundry and dish soap. It all made for a great stay! Couch and beds were all comfy.
