Our adorable 745 SQFT apartment is tucked away at the end of a cul de sac with a beautiful Pikes Peak view & is near many CO Springs attractions, grocery stores & shopping. You will be welcomed with a sparkling clean space & thoughtful touches including coffee, spices, & oil. The 2 bedrooms & 1 full bath have been freshly remodeled. Keeping your comfort in mind, we have included an LED Smart TV, radiant heat, private parking, & laundry (coin-op). We are excited to host your stay!

This property is equipped with a privacy-safe noise and smoking monitor in common areas. It measures decibel levels and detects cigarette/vape smoke but does not record or transmit audio, conversations, video, or any personal data.

For us, the location was perfect. We're visiting the grandkids, and they were 5 minutes away. There's restaurants nearby, so the location was perfect. And the unit was in perfect condition.

Well appointed comfortable stay

This two bedroom apartment at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac is the nicest place I have stayed in Colorado springs. The bed was very comfortable with a variety of pillows and blankets. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook my meals and the space was quiet and relaxing. Easy access to major roads made the location very convenient.

Perfect for our weekend at the airshow! With brutal temperatures the A/C was amazing and very much appreciated The property was very clean and modern with everything you could need. The host had all the sweet touches you don’t expect, including a full meal, popcorn,coffee and treats. The host was extremely helpful and responsive to any needs!!

The property was conveniently located within a short distance from all the main attractions and was very clean and had everything you’d need for your stay. My only complaint would be some of the neighbors really enjoyed shooting off fireworks late at night which can’t be helped unfortunately. Otherwise we had a great stay!

Great little place

It was very clean. The downstairs neighbors are loud and you can hear them well into the night. The owners communicate well and are super nice. We accidentally forgot our 4 year olds security blanket and they were quick to respond. Hopefully they’re mailing that now. The kitchen is the most well equipped of any place I stayed, although the bathroom is bare minimum. They had a pack’n’play for my 18 month old which was awesome. I’d definitely stay again.
