The Space:

Our home is a newly built, single-level space designed for comfort and convenience. You'll have full access to the main level, which includes a fully stocked kitchen, a cozy living room, dining area, three bedrooms and washer/dryer. The primary bedroom features a private ensuite bathroom, while the other two share a second full bath. The property is fully fenced with private, on-site parking accessible via the alley behind East Vermijo. the basement area is rented separately for longer term guests, there are no shared spaces within the house. It’s the perfect home base for exploring all that Colorado Springs has to offer!



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home. This includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, six bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, second seating area in basement. Two of the bedrooms each have a private bathroom; the other four share two more full baths. Enjoy the fenced outdoor sitting area and convenient on-site parking. Entry is via the alley behind East Vermijo.

💵 Additional Fees

Damage Protection: A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Before check-in, you'll choose one of two options:

Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card.

Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days.

Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment.

Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, and extra guests can be arranged on request, subject to availability. These cover the cost of reworking the cleaning schedule or bringing in a second cleaner. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.



Interaction with Guests:

Jess, our amazing property manager, will be your main point of contact during your stay. She’s super responsive, happy to answer any questions, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure your vacation is stress-free. If anything comes up, she can easily reach out to the owners on your behalf. You’re in great hands!
