This single house is lovely and private at quite Stratmoor Neighborhood, the private first floor unit is approx 1500 sq ft , newly renovated with two large bedrooms, living room, dining area and one bathroom, great outdoor space with BBQ grill and seating area, located 10 mins to downtown S Tejon St with all the popular bar and restaurants, and The Broadmoor, 5 mins to The world Arena,and Ft. Carson and much more

Not what I was expecting

This is a basement studio. The owners live upstairs and we could hear every word they said, including very loud singing and clapping every evening. The owners entered the unit everytime we would leave for the day, without prior notification. There was hair all over the shower floor, used teeth flossers and other personal hygiene products in the medicine cabinet, used shampoos and conditioners in the shower. There is no air conditioning, so it was very warm in the unit. Overall not a good experience. I will never rent this unit again!!!
