Excellent hotel - Family Friendly

Staff is always friendly and helpful. After a horrible experience at another hotel 3 years ago and having to check out almost immediately, Fairfield Inn & Suites saved our trip that weekend, and this is now my family's preferred hotel when we visit Colorado Springs now. It's close to stores, food, and entertainment.
