About this property

Downtown 2 bedroom ranch home with hot tub, AC and all the amenities!

  • Walking distance to downtown Colorado Springs and easy access to anywhere with a central location. Ranch floorplan with 2 bedrooms each featuring a queen sized bed. The larger bedroom has a 50" TV in it, the smaller one has no tv. Living room has a sleeper sofa and 55" screen with a video game console that has over 20,000 nostalgic games on it. Dining space can accommodate up to 6 people either around the table with benches or by including the peninsula in kitchen. The kitchen has everything you would need to make a full meal. Pots, pans, cutting boards, nice set of knives. We do have a full size commercial washer and dryer that you're welcome to use to knock out all the laundry that traveling can leave you with. In the back yard we have a hot tub and fire pit for your enjoyment. Central AC, central location, lots of free parking.
