Cozy House With Hot Tub and Gaming Room

House, 4 Bedrooms, 2 1/2 Baths, (Sleeps 8) STR-0015

Perfectly located to all major attractions in Colorado Springs, close to Hwy I - 25 and Academy Boulevard. Your vacation home is just 10 minutes from the Air Force Academy's south gate, 10 minutes from UCCS University. Just minutes away from movie theaters, shopping, entertainment and many great restaurants. This home is perfect for attending Air Force Academy events or exploring other area attractions such as Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, Manitou Springs, Cave of the Winds, The Broadmoor Hotel and many more attractions.

We know you don't like leaving family behind so pets under 50 pounds are welcome. Non smoking. The kitchen is very well equipped with all new Keurig coffee maker, utensils, pots, pans, chinaware, baking dishes, full size microwave, brand new stove, fridge, oven, cozy breakfast nook with Four bar stools. The family room has a cozy fireplace and Two 55 in flat screen TV with a Xfinity, Wii with games, board games.

We also have a foldable crib available if needed.

We stayed here for our honeymoon, and it was absolutely perfect! The house was cozy and spotless, and the owners truly thought of everything we could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the hot tub was such a relaxing treat after our days exploring Colorado. The location was ideal; central to all the places we wanted to visit. This place is everything we expected! Very comfortable for my family of 5 and our pups. The large kitchen area is great! We loved hanging out in the den watching movies. We enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub. House was stocked with snacks and coffee and some drinks in the fridge. Plenty of spices and condiments as well. The beds are super comfy too! We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. We will book again if we are ever in the area.

The property was just as listed in the discerption and my wife and I were comfortable. It is pet friendly and does have a hot tub in the back yard that is private. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. It's close enough to everything we wanted to do while staying there, so that is a plus. Overall we were pleased and would stay here again.

Family vacation with adult children and small granchildren. Vist the Colorado Springs sites

This property was a great place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The hot tub was wonderful and the many games provided kept everyone happy. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare our breakfast before heading out for the day or just grab the snack Chad provided. The beds were comfortable and the place was immaculate!
