My mom & I stayed the week for my nephew’s graduation. The location was an easy drive to everything. The outside area was private with a great koi pond, cats and visiting squirrels. Lazslo was quick & easy to communicate with.

Beautiful neighborhood
This cottage was a real treat, it felt like stepping back into time. It is in Old Colo Springs, which is convenient to Garden of the Gods, Manitou and Pikes Peak. The neighborhood consisted of lovely homes, with boulevards.

Clean & Convenient Location
Charming little cottage. Very clean and cozy. Easy access to OTC (Olympic Training Center), downtown, dining and Hwy 25. Owner resides in house at the front of the property, but still feels very private. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Colorado Springs.

Excellent Stay
Great location in an historic neighborhood. Snowy and cold while we were there, but the house stayed very warm. Heater and water heater did great. Bed was firm but comfy. We would definitely return!
