This warm and spacious home, located on a private cul-de-sac, is within a ten-minute walk to The Broadmoor Resort. Recently renovated inside and out, the home was designed with entertaining in mind. It features a formal dining and living room which flow out to two expansive outdoor terraces overlooking lush gardens. A chef inspired gourmet kitchen with dual prep islands, butler's pantry, food pantry and cozy hearth opens out to an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven. Four bedrooms, including two en suite king bedrooms (one on ground floor) and one queen bedroom, joined with twin beds in a separate bedroom by a common jack & jill bathroom. A separate 65" TV room opens onto the outdoor patio, providing a great space for watching the game with friends. The separate library with wood burning fireplace for reading and entertaining will likely become the favorite place to relax. Ample parking is located in front of the house on the circular driveway and on the street.
