  • Lovely 3 bedrooms 1.5 baths nestled in the foothills of Colorado Springs. New furnace and air condition just installed. Minutes away from the beautiful AFAC Chapel.The breath taking Garden of the Gods with hiking, biking and horseback riding. Shop the old world charm of Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs. With easy access to I-25,this home is located 15 minutes from downtown Colorado Springs and the Olympic Training Center. The base of Pikes Peak and Santa's Workshop are just over the hill, on the way to the city above the clouds (Woodland Park).
    We do not live in the home anymore and it is completely open for your enjoyment and privacy.

The house was just as described. The owners were very responsive to my questions before check in. We stayed over Thanksgiving and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to make dinner. Great property, we would definitely stay again.

Nice location. Super close to Garden of the God’s. It was different for us there was no ceiling light fixtures. But I think it’s a Colorado thing. Getting used to light switches that didn’t do anything was funny experience. Wonderful communication and beautiful neighborhood. Went for daily walks around the neighborhood and enjoyed delicious ice cream at Josh and John’s. Will definitely recommend.

Christmas in the Springs

Great communication, home juat as described. Owner was very responsive with the only issue we had. Great location for couples, adults or families with children- as there is a nice park close by.

Well kept property in a nice qiuet neighborhood. Dena, our host, was easy to communicate with. My sister and I did a lot of sightseeing and shopping. Had a wonderful time in Colorado Springs.

Friend Reunion

The house was super clean, comfortable and fit our needs perfectly. There were 3 of us and it was the perfect size for our group. We were close to restaurants and grocery stores but also felt like we were up in the mountains away from it all. Would recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice house in a great location.

Convenient and charming

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is extremely convenient, with great access to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs and everything else Colorado Springs has to offer. The property was great all around. Communication with property management was top notch as they even reached out to warn us of an unexpected winter storm that was occurring on the day of our arrival. Highly recommend!

Nice home in a cute, quiet neighborhood

The home was just as described. It was clean and comfortable for my family of 4. We were visiting my sister who lives on the AF Base so it was close to her and everything we wanted to do. The neighborhood was nice, quiet, and safe. There was a park right up the road that the kids loved going to each evening. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Colorado Springs. The only thing that would make it better is a king bed in the master bedroom.

Nice property, pleasant stay

Nice property in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Looks and smells like grandma's house, but the look isn't a problem and the smell was easily fixed by unplugging the plug-in air fresheners and opening the windows for a while. Saw rabbits and mule deer right across the street, which was cool. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

20-30 minutes to the airport. House is adorable, clean and well thought out with amenities. The host was friendly and answers immediately. Extremely clean and comfortable. This will be our place again next time we visit! Thank you! BTW white water rafting is a must if its your first time in Colorado!

Very nice home! Close to the Air Force Academy, as we were there to see our Grandson graduate from the Academy. Lovely home, had all the necessary items one would need.Quiet neighborhood also. Close to anything you might need and nice view of the mountains. Would highly recommend it! The hosts were great at communicating.
