Centrally located, close to downtown, hikes, all shopping, grocery stores, restaurants and hospitals. Enjoy the morning coffee on the porch, and if you're lucky, you may even get a view of the mountains 🏔️. Guests will have the whole lower-level area to their own use. We look forward hosting you soonest!

We love hosting but we respect privacy. We will stay out of your way as much as you desire but if you’re willing, we’ll share meals - we adopt to guests' preferences. *** Please note the whole lower area is for guests use only. You will need the ability to walk down 12 stairs). If you so desire, you are welcome to use the full kitchen and the washing machine and dryer located upstairs (walk up 12 stairs). Owners, when present, occupy upstairs***

Great alternative to hotel

Hosts were very communicative, space was clean and had everything I needed. This was a great alternative to a hotel stay. I was visiting family and renting an entire house seemed excessive and costly. This was the perfect accommodation for my needs. The hosts were very kind and accommodating.

We arrived and immediately felt welcomed! The rooms were extremely clean and had everything we needed! She even provided towels. The dog was our favorite part as it was very cute! We plan on coming again! The neighborhood was nice and in a good location. Overall 5/5 stay!!

Last minute booking was required for us and our hosts really came through. We spent 4 nights and felt completely at ease. Many amenities and excellent communication. You will really enjoy the comfortable, accomodating and quiet environment. There's plenty of fun stuff to do nearby and excellent restaurants. Try the axe throwing!!! Thank you for your hospitality. Enjoyable stay

We stayed 5 days over parent's weekend at USAFA. The space had plenty of room for the 3 of us and it was cool and comfortable.The beds were comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The owner lives upstairs but she was usually gone before we left in the morning and had gone to bed before we returned. She has a little dog who sometimes barked when we came into the house, but otherwise we didn't even know he was there. The only issue we had was that the internet was pretty spotty. It wasn't a big problem for us other than one night my son had to have an assignment turned in by 11 pm and he kept losing connection. He did get it done on time, it just took a couple of tries.

Good spot to explore Colorado Springs and the surrounding area

This was a good location to stay, to explore Colorado Springs and the surrounding area. The hosts (Maria and Marta) were great. Very helpful, very friendly, very responsive. The apartment is a basement apartment - 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom. Perfect amount of space for us (1 couple). We did not use the kitchen (located upstairs), but it is there to use. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The king size bed was firm (perfect for us). Two small points to make - we would have preferred a little more light in the living room area; and the location means that you are driving everywhere. It's at least 15-20 minutes to downtown Colorado Springs. There is chain shopping and chain restaurants nearby, but again, you will be driving to them. The location worked great for us, since we were driving everywhere anyways, but just make sure you map the location out beforehand. We would definitely stay there again, largely because Maria and Marta were such great hosts!
