  • Enjoy the Rocky Mountains! This house is amazing, with 3000 square feet of living space in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Located in Briargate, North Colorado Springs. Great mountain views. Hiking trails within 30 minutes. Close to the highway, Air Force Academy, The Shops at Briargate, coffee shops, parks, etc.
    Beautiful gas fireplace in family room makes it cozy.
    The space
    BIG! 5 bedroom, 3 and 1/2 bath. This place has an open living room, dining space that seats 8, open kitchen with island, living space with two 75" 4k TV's one on main level and one in
    basement. Also TV's in every bedroom.
    Nice gas fireplace with hearth to sit on.
    Four bedrooms upstairs, including a big master suite with a king mattress, walk in shower and big bathtub.The other bedrooms all have queens.

Pros: Large house with plenty of room. All bedrooms upstairs and in basement with multiple bathrooms. Nicely decorated and updated. House is in a quiet, safe neighborhood with easy I-25 access. Cons: TV not working, many dishes cracked, no garage remote, laundry left washing by house cleaner, electric outlets damaged or not working at check-in. However, owner provided new dishes and addressed TV and 3 electric outlets upon notice. Note: Many stairs to access bedrooms. Steep driveway. Not a house if your have mobility issues. All carpets in serious need of cleaning.

Just an amazing stay from start to finish! Our host was super responsive and a genuinely nice person. The property is huge and plenty of room for our family of 6. Backyard area is large with plenty of room for entertaining. Really close to a large assortment of things to do. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Truly a home away from home! 10/10 highly recommend!
