Beautiful Home in Downtown and by Colorado College. New furnishings & Clean!

Home is located on a tree lined street in central Colorado Springs. The area is called the Old North End and was developed around 1900. The house is a remodeled home with 2 bedrooms, 1.5baths, sleeps 5. Our home was built in 1900 and features original wood floors and trim. Everything else has been updated. Kitchen has gas range, Island hood, tile floors, breakfast bar, adjacent dining room & more. The property has off street parking and is 1-2 blocks to Colorado College, 1 mile to downtown Colorado Springs, about 10-15 minutes to Garden of the Gods and quick and easy access to I-25. From the house you can get just about anywhere in Colorado Springs in 15-20 minutes. There is WiFi, 50 inch HD TV, cable tv and internet service, linens/towels/blankets/pillows and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The Master bedroom has a queen mattress, the second bedroom has a twin Daybed and the living room has a full sized pullout Sofa sleeper. There is a front porch with table and two chairs and the back patio has a table with 6 chairs and two Adirondack type chairs with propane BBQ grill. The house has central Air Conditioning but being a 118+yr old home, the upstairs doesn't cool as well as the main level. The home is very comfortable and completely set up as a vacation home. Absolutely beautiful house! Wonderful location! Kitchen was very well appointed, and I was easily able to cook side dishes for a thanksgiving dinner (having a second available oven was why we rented over the holiday!). Immaculate and cozy!

We enjoyed our stay over the thanksgiving holidays. The house was lovely, it was quiet, well insulated & very well taken care of. The pictures of the house are accurate but do not do it justice, it’s better in person. We will cherish the memories of our trip & we hope to be able to come back the next time we venture back up to Colorado.

This house is in the perfect location. It’s small but the host has done a nice job creating plenty of space to hang out. The bedrooms are very small upstairs but it worked great for 2 of us. Bed was comfy and kitchen was great!! Mark was also very helpful and communicated well.

Colorado Vacation

We loved staying here!! It was a perfect location for all the tourist things we did. The house and beds were comfortable. It was very hot outside on our trip and the house cooled very nicely. The parking was great. The patio was a nice place to eat after a day of enjoying what Colorado Springs has to offer, and we loved being able to grill. Mark was a very responsive host.

The living space and kitchen were perfect for our weekend. Kitchen was stocked well for our needs. Great view of Pikes Peak when walking/driving on San Miguel. Central air conditioning kept us very cool during a weather spell in the high 90’s.

Lovely old house, updated but still charming. It looks exactly like the photos. The document Mark sends out just before your arrival contains everything you need to know. Cute & Cozy Cottage

We chose this charming little house because of its proximity to family during the Christmas holiday. It was performed our family of 4, very comfortable and cozy. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cookware, and the washer and dryer came in handy too. Great location very close to downtown, in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. The owner was very easy to work with as well. Would highly recommend!
