We extended our stay a day and then we’re kicked out because they weren’t aware of our extension. They locked us out and had cleaning people there when we had extended this day two days before. We had to move to a hotel and it was a massive inconvenience.

1. Even after following the instructions, the breaker still ended up tripping. When I called to ask where the breaker was, I left a message and did not hear back from them our entire stay. 2. The reason we chose to book this house was because of the washer/dryer unit in the house. When trying to use the washer/dryer combo, we kept receiving an error that it was not draining correctly. My husband had to manually drain it and it still did not work. The washer also had a horrible smell to it so it probably wouldn't have washed our clothes properly anyway. Because of these issues, we had to wash our clothes at a laundromat costing us time and money we were not anticipating. 3. The fridge barely got cold. Some of our food went bad because of this issue even tho we had it on the coldest setting. This made us waste money on food since it was going bad in the fridge. 4. The bedroom door upstairs had issues latching. If you want it to latch, it was very loud causing it to wake our children or if it didn't latch properly, the door would open letting the cool air out.
