The house was clean, comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. Laundry detergent was supplied as well. A minor downside is that when tenants are occupying the upstairs, it can be a bit loud with footsteps, to no fault of the other tenants. However, it was manageable. Overall, we had a comfortable, nice, and affordable place to stay. If we are visiting Colorado Springs in the future, we will be returning here to stay.

Ok place but wouldn't stay again

Looked like a nice place in pics but when arrived found the cleaning of the place was done pretty bad. Floors were terrible. Crumbs on sofa on ledges all over the floor. Very bad cleaning job which made us all question how well the beds and sheets were cleaned and the bathroom. One bed hard one bed soft not the best sleep for any of us. Heat kept automatically going on when we were trying to cool the place down with the Swamp cooler/ac unit they provided because it was hot out thus the temperature was frustrating to deal with. It provided for our needs but wouldn't stay again.

Property located near places we planned to visit which was a plus. Noisy with people walking around upstairs at all hours of the night. Apt. not clean. Stains on bedding and couches. Visible ant traps located throughout the home. Ants crawling on floors. Kitchen dirty, esp stovetop.
