"Pros: The location was great, the little farm in the back was adorable, and the included breakfast was at a real restaurant-Porters- and it was delicious The staff were friendly and helpful. Cons: Check in was supposed to be at 3:00. Room was not ready. We had just flown in and driven almost 3 hours, so that was frustrating. The room, as well as the furniture, were in DESPERATE need of updating. The bathroom - the sink and toilet were clean, but the shower had mold on the caulk where the wall met the floor of shower, and there was also mold on the ceiling. And the air conditioner did not work properly, so we did not sleep well. If the room was a bargain, I would not complain. But we booked a little more than a month before our trip and paid $330 per night! We unexpectedly ended up spending another night in Springdale on the other end of our trip and paid $100 less. The room was new, clean and comfortable. Unless you get a great rate, it is not worth it."
