"It is a really good experience by sleeping one night in this iconic hotel. The bed is really confortable and the breakfast was excellent."

"Everything from check in to check out was perfect at the Fairmont. We did splash and pay for a Gold room which gave us access to their gold lounge on level 25. Upon check in in the lobby, I was whisked away by a staff member to the gold lounge where I was greeted by another lovely staff member. There we were able to sit on a couch and have a few refreshments while we were checked in. Although the room wasn’t ready we were able to stay in the lounge and utilise the snacks and refreshments until it was ready which was a great help. The room was lovely and the view impeccable. Our room was on level 23 looking out towards MBS and the Disney Adventure Cruise ship. We had an evening flight the day of checkout and again the staff were so accommodating in regards to a later check out 1pm and again, the use of the gold lounge facility, spa, pool, showers until our airport transfer arrived at 3pm. We were able to leave our luggage in our room at checkout and they had staff collect them and send to the lobby ready for our departure. I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels before this one, but I’ve never been treated so well until staying at the Fairmont. The next time we’re in Singapore I won’t hesitate booking here again. Thank you."

"My room was downgraded but not discounted. The manager said we do not have more room for what you booked. This once a luxury hotel is badly managed these days, cleaning does not have enough people so at 4 PM your room is still not cleaned and tidiness generally failing having hair in the bathroom and white towels being yellow . I like the location being of a part of a mall, however my loyalty is over. For such money you can do much better in Singapore! "

"Great spacious room. Well lit. Work space useable. Stayed in the Premier tower. Breakfast included. Continuous refreshment and late afternoon cocktails and snacks…that substitute for a light dinner(!)"

"Arrived late due to flight delays, so didn't get chance to experience the hotel fully. I can say room was nice, clean, and staff were friendly and pleasant. Id like to come back to try the other facilities"
